Self and Time Management: S4 Workshop

Time can not be bought, stored or stopped. In this respect it should be seen as the most valuable of all resources and the only way to maximize its potential is to use it well. This training provides insights on your own patterns and a toolset to increase effectivity and efficiency. Participants will clarify and prioritise goals and plan tasks and projects. Participants will analyze their high energy periods and learn how to focus their attention.
