Ph.D. students may be on their way to expertise in their chosen fields, but many can lack knowledge when it comes to proper money management.
Why are finances a stumbling point for grad students? While graduate student income can support basic living expenses, sometimes utilities, extra costs, and incidentals can create budget problems.
Establishing smart financial habits can make a big difference. This training is designed to provide a few tips aimed at helping Ph.D. students learn to minimize costs and maximize savings during their time in graduate school.
Led by MPI-IS Postdoctoral Researcher Alona Shagan, this training will take place at MPI-IS Stuttgart on Wednesday, May 8, from 9:30 - 12:30 CET.
