Responsible Conduct in Research: 2026
cls imprs-is mpi-is 19 October 2026 - 19 October 2026 Event
Principles of good scientific practice can be challenged in many ways, from improper application of scientific methods to serious scientific misconduct. This training introduces core concepts of responsible conduct in research and promotes shared standards of scientific integrity across our research community.
This training is designed primarily for doctoral researchers and early-career scientists, while remaining open to all members of the research community. Through presentations and interactive discussions, participants will explore practical approaches to responsible research conduct within an interdisciplinary scientific environment.
All doctoral researchers within the community are strongly encouraged to participate in this training at least once during their doctoral studies. IMPRS-IS scholars will receive one program credit upon successful completion of the workshop.
Participants are expected to attend the full workshop.
