A template for effective presentations

Doctoral students are expected to provide updates on their research on a regular basis. Monthly or even weekly internal meetings can require researchers to collect, coherently organise, and orally present the latest information about what they have been working on. As they advance through their doctorate, this presentation of work in progress is also required for conferences and the like. All of this takes up considerable time. This workshop is designed to show participants how to approach oral presentations in a structured manner, so that they can clearly communicate their work in a resource efficient way.
