Hollywood honours Markus Gross

Markus Gross, Professor of Computer Graphics at ETH Zurich, has accepted to join the Academy as a “Member-at-Large”. The invitation recognizes Markus Gross’s leadership of DisneyResearch|Studios, the most impactful research organization in the film business. It is also based on his scientific and technical contributions that led to leading creative tools for the crafts involved in the creation of the theatrical motion picture experience.
